Acceptable Use and Content Policy

Version of October 8, 2026 · In force from October 8, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Syntax AI is operated by [Legal entity OÜ] (registration code [00000000], [Street 1], [10111] Tallinn, Estonia). Details are on the Company information page.

This policy sets out what you may not create or upload with Syntax AI. It applies to everything you send to the service: prompts, uploaded files, chat messages and the results you generate. It is part of the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads and for how you use the results.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use Syntax AI to create, upload or share:

Content involving minors

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.

Sexual and intimate content

  • non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.

Harmful content

  • hate speech or content that attacks people because of who they are;
  • incitement to violence or threats;
  • harassment, bullying or targeted abuse;
  • content that is illegal under applicable law.

Misuse of the service

  • spam or mass unsolicited content;
  • attempts to bypass limits, pricing, moderation or security controls.

Specific rules for deepfakes, copyright, voices and code are set out below.

3. Deepfakes, impersonation and voice cloning

You must not create images, video or audio that show or imitate a real person without that person's consent. This includes:

  • deepfakes that put a real person into a situation that did not happen;
  • impersonating a real person or organisation to mislead others;
  • cloning or imitating a real person's voice without the speaker's consent.

If you upload a photo or voice recording of a person, you confirm that you have their consent.

4. Copyright and other rights

Upload only content you own or have the right to use. Do not use Syntax AI to copy or infringe other people's copyright, trademarks or other rights.

Rights holders can send a notice to support@syntax-ai.example with the subject "Copyright notice". The procedure is described in Intellectual Property.

5. Malware and harmful code

In the Code module you must not ask for, create or share:

  • malware, viruses or ransomware;
  • exploits meant to attack systems you are not allowed to test;
  • phishing pages, credential theft or fraud tools.

6. How moderation works

Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically before and after generation.

  • If content breaks this policy, the run is blocked and you see a message.
  • Credits reserved for a blocked run are released automatically. You are not charged.
  • Automated checks can make mistakes. If you think content was blocked wrongly, write to support@syntax-ai.example.

We do not review every result by hand.

7. Consequences of violations

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:

  • block the prompt, upload or result;
  • delete the content;
  • suspend or close your account after repeated violations, or at once for serious ones;
  • report illegal content to the authorities, as required by law. CSAM is always reported.

Credits reserved for blocked runs are released. Rules for closed accounts and remaining Credits are in the Terms of Service.

8. How to report abuse

If you see content made with Syntax AI that breaks this policy, write to support@syntax-ai.example. Include:

  • a link or ID of the content;
  • why you think it breaks the policy;
  • your contact details.

We review every report and take action where needed.
