AI Transparency Notice
Version of October 8, 2026 · In force from October 8, 2026
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
Syntax AI is operated by [Legal entity OÜ] (registration code [00000000], [Street 1], [10111] Tallinn, Estonia). Details are on the Company information page.
This notice explains how AI is used in Syntax AI, what its limits are and what you should do before you use the results.
2. Content is generated by AI
Everything Syntax AI creates for you is produced by AI models: images, video, music, speech and code. When you use Syntax AI, you interact with an AI system, not with a person.
Results are created automatically from your prompt and uploads. The same prompt can give different results each time.
3. Which models power the service
Syntax AI uses AI models from third-party providers for the Image, Video, Audio and Code modules. The Code module uses Claude by Anthropic.
The models used for each run are listed in each tool. A general overview is in Service Information. Models and providers may change as we add or replace them.
We do not train our own models on your content. How providers process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Errors and limitations
AI results can be wrong or unsuitable. In particular, they may:
- contain factual errors or invented details;
- show bias or stereotypes;
- look or sound similar to existing works, people or brands;
- not follow your prompt exactly;
- contain code that does not work, is insecure or has bugs.
The AI does not know your situation and does not give professional advice, for example legal, medical or financial.
5. Check results before you use them
You are responsible for how you use the results. Before publishing, sharing or using a result commercially:
- check that it is accurate and fits your purpose;
- check that it does not infringe other people's rights, see Intellectual Property;
- review and test generated code before running it in production;
- make sure it complies with the law and the Acceptable Use and Content Policy.
Your use of results is also subject to the terms of the model providers.
6. Labelling AI content
Where the law requires it, for example under the transparency rules of the EU AI Act, you must disclose that content was generated or changed by AI. This applies especially to realistic images, video or audio of people, places or events, and to text published to inform the public.
Examples on our website are labelled "Made with AI".
7. Human review and moderation
We do not review every result by hand. Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically to block prohibited content. Automated checks can make mistakes in both directions: they may block allowed content or miss content that breaks the rules.
If a run is blocked, the reserved Credits are released and you are not charged. Moderation rules are in the Acceptable Use and Content Policy.
