This page gives the main information about our digital service before you buy: what it does, where it works, its technical limits, processing time and availability. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.

Syntax AI is a web platform for AI generation. You describe what you need, the platform sends your request to an AI model and returns the result. Each run is paid with Credits, internal units bought on the Pricing page.

Create images from a text prompt and edit or transform images you upload.

Video

Create short videos from a text prompt or from an image.

Audio

Create songs and music, and turn text into speech (voice and TTS).

Code

Chat with Claude to write, explain and fix code. Code can be copied or downloaded.

The AI models and providers behind each module are listed in each tool. Available tools and models may change over time.

• Browsers: current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
• Devices: desktop and mobile. No app installation is needed.
• Internet: a stable connection is required during upload and download.
• File formats: formats are listed in each tool. Usually images are PNG, JPEG or WebP, video is MP4, audio is MP3 or WAV, and code is text or a zip download.

• Upload limits. File size and other upload limits are shown in each tool.
• Run settings. Length, resolution and other options depend on the model and are shown in the tool before you start.
• Retention. Uploaded files are kept for 30 days. Results and previews are kept for 3 months. You can delete them earlier. Download results you want to keep.
• Content rules. Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically. Prohibited content is blocked, see Acceptable Use and Content Policy.

• Images: from a few seconds to about a minute.
• Video and music: several minutes.

Time depends on the model and the provider's queue. We do not guarantee instant results. You can leave the page while a run is in progress and find the result in your account later.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. The service or a single tool may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or outages at our providers.

If a run fails, the reserved Credits are released automatically and you are not charged.

The digital service starts as soon as Credits are delivered to your account and you start a run. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once Credits are delivered. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Prices of each tool are shown in the tools catalog and on the Create button before every run.
• A purchase is one-time. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
