Terms of Use

Syntax AI is a web platform for AI generation: images, video, audio (songs and voice) and code (chat with Claude). The service is provided by [Legal entity OÜ], registration code [00000000], [Street 1], [10111] Tallinn, Estonia. Full details are on the Company information page.

These Terms of Use form the agreement between you and [Legal entity OÜ] for the use of Syntax AI. They apply when you create an account and every time you use the service. Syntax AI is a digital service. It starts as soon as Credits are added to your account and you start a run.

• You must be 18 or older. You confirm your age at registration.
• You register with an email address and a password and confirm your email.
• Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Do not share, sell or hand over your account to another person.
• If you think someone else has access to your account, write to support@syntax-ai.example right away.

You can stop using Syntax AI and ask us to delete your account at any time.

You pay for AI operations with Credits. Credits are internal units of the service. They are not money, not e-money and not a loan.

• You buy Credits with euros, in packs or as a custom amount. Current rates and packs are on the Pricing page.
• Each purchase is one-time. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
• The price of each run is shown on the Create button before you start.
• Credits cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged for cash.

How you buy Credits, how they are reserved and charged, and when they expire are set out in the Payment and Credits Policy. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

You must not use Syntax AI to create, upload or share prohibited content. This includes sexual content involving minors, intimate images without consent, deepfakes of real people or voice cloning without their consent, hate, incitement to violence, harassment, illegal content, copyright infringement, malicious code and spam. You must not try to bypass limits or moderation.

We check prompts, uploads and results automatically and block prohibited content. Repeated violations lead to suspension of your account. Sexual content involving minors is reported to the authorities.

• You keep your rights in your prompts and uploads. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use them.
• You may use the outputs, subject to the law and the terms of the AI model providers.
• You give us a limited licence to process your content only to provide the service, to moderate it and to meet our legal obligations. We do not train our own models on your content.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased or similar to existing works. Check them before you publish them or use them commercially.
• Where the law requires it, state that content was generated by AI.

We provide Syntax AI with reasonable care. We do not guarantee that the service is available 100% of the time or that results are instant: processing time depends on the AI provider queue.

You are responsible for how you use the outputs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.

These terms do not limit or exclude:

• your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country;
• our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited;
• your right to dispute a card payment with your bank.

We may suspend or limit your access if:

• you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
• we see repeated moderation violations or signs of fraud;
• a payment dispute is open on your account. While it is open, purchases on the account may be frozen.

Where the law allows, we tell you the reason and how to contact us. If you disagree, write to support@syntax-ai.example.

You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account. When the account is deleted, remaining Credits are cancelled. Unused Credits can be refunded under the Refund Policy. Financial records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Each new version is published on this page with its effective date. If a change is material, we notify you by email at least [N] days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new version, you can stop using the service and delete your account before that date.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country.

If something goes wrong, contact us first: support@syntax-ai.example or the Support page. We answer a written complaint within 15 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can apply free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA): ttja.ee. You can also go to court in Estonia or in your country of residence where the law allows it.
