1. Who we are and what this statement covers
Syntax AI is operated by [Legal entity OÜ], registration code [00000000], [Street 1], [10111] Tallinn, Estonia. Details are on the Company information page.
This statement covers the Syntax AI website and web application, including the Image, Video, Audio and Code tools, your account and billing pages.
2. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Syntax AI, including people who use a keyboard only, screen readers, zoom or other assistive technology. We consider accessibility when we design and build new features, and we fix problems we find.
3. Standard we follow
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
4. Conformance status
Syntax AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. This means that some parts of the service do not yet fully meet the standard. Known gaps are listed in section 6.
5. How we checked
In October 2026 we checked the service with:
- automated accessibility tests (axe);
- manual checks of keyboard navigation;
- manual checks with screen readers.
6. Known limitations
- Generated content. Images, video and audio created with AI have no text alternatives or captions unless you add them.
- Code editor. The code editor may be hard to use with some screen readers.
- Payment page. Payment takes place on a page hosted by our payment provider [Payment provider]. We do not control its accessibility.
We work to reduce these limitations. Whether the European Accessibility Act applies to the service is being confirmed by our legal team.
7. Feedback and contact
If you find an accessibility problem or cannot use part of the service, tell us at support@syntax-ai.example. Describe the page and the problem, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We reply within [N] business days.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can make a complaint as described on the Complaints and Dispute Resolution page.
9. Date of this statement
This statement was prepared in October 2026, based on the checks described in section 5.
