Do not send card numbers or passwords. We never ask for them.

5. How we handle complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, send a written complaint to support@syntax-ai.example. Describe the problem and what solution you expect.
We review your complaint and send you a written answer within 15 days, as required by Estonian consumer protection law. If we cannot meet this deadline, we tell you why and when you will get an answer.
6. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia (TTJA). The procedure is out of court and free for consumers. Information and the application form are at ttja.ee.
7. Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a payment or Credits, please contact us first at support@syntax-ai.example. Most issues are solved faster this way. See also Payments and Credits and the Refund Policy.
You keep the right to dispute a card payment with your bank. While a dispute is open, purchases on your account may be frozen, and the disputed Credits may be reversed.
8. Governing law and courts
Estonian law applies to these terms. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live, including your right to go to court there.
